Laut folgendem Tester bzw Käufer ist es eine 12/5 Karte, bei welcher die 16/6 möglich wären. Ist also nur ne höher getaktete 6800 (ohne Kürzel) mit NV40. Da werden wohl die Restbestände von GPUs noch von PoV vertickt.
I don't usually bother to write reviews but this card really deserves it. I bought this card 2 days ago, installed it and ran 3DMark2005 on default frequencies. The score was 3895 points - that's right below a 6800GT or a X800XL. Next, I installed RiveTuner and tried to unlock the other 4 pipelines and the remaining vertex shader unit. After a restart, I couldn't see any artefacts. I ran 3DMark2005 again and the result was 4316 points So the unlocking procedure was entirely successful. I tried many games also and no artefacts. Riva Tuner reports 16 pipelines (the card has only 12 unlocked default) and 6 vertex shader units (5 by default). The temperature is 50 degrees in idle and 53 after several hours of playing. Conclusion: for 129 pounds I got a 6800GT (almost - the only difference is that GT uses DDR3 memory and has +150 MHz on the momory). So, for those who don't wanna switch on PCI-Express yet, this card has a very good performance/cost report.
!BEWARE! Noone guarantees you that your graphic card will be successfully modded ! It's always about luck when you do this kind of things.
