Anyone knows ECS K7AMA vcore mod?

AMD Athlon XP
1533 MHz @ 1866 MHz
43°C mit 1.6 Volt

I look all over the m/b and could not find the vcore volt regulating IC. The IC I found are: ALC100P (Realtek Audio Codec), KA34063A (voltage regulator), 93705CG(DDR clock), 9248AF-171(Clock generator), KA7500B, LM358(Ampliflier), ST75185C(Serial interface), L31035, 74HCT14D(CMOS), SRS2525L, F 74F08).
Currently, I use CPU COOL to set the FSB(107 MHz). I need higher VCORE to get higher FSB. Please help

IC Master said that it is SAMSUNG (PWM Controller, Voltage Mode, Complementary Output). But I could not find any info at SAMSUNG website. I will let you know the result. A7V8X, AMDXP1800+T-bredA
