Spraad hat Recht. Von Betrug kann keine Rede sein, wenn kein
Schaden entstanden ist. Allerdings, wenn man den § 263 StgB weiterliest,
steht da auch, daß "der Versuch" strafbar ist.
In schweren Fällen 5 Jahre. Anzeigen kannst du ihn also nicht wegen
Betrugs, sondern wegen versuchten Betrugs. Viel Erfolg dabei.
Das sind organisierte Banden im Ausland.

Das is 100%ig Bullshit ...
Hatte sowas in der Art mal mit nem Notebook bei Ebay, das ich verkaufen wollte ... da kam auch ne Mail von nem Inselaffen, dass er es per Sofortkauf kaufen will, aber nur über "seine" Treuhandgesellschaft ....
Hab mir das mal angeschaut, hab mein OK gegeben, es kam ne Mail von dem Treuhand- Zeug, keine 2 Minuten später wurde der Geldeingang bestätigt ..... :crazy:

also genau die gleiche masache habe ich auch schonmal gesehen!
habe ein auto gesucht für nen kollegen von meinem vater habe den auf englisch angeschrieben!
und der hat gemeint also auf englisch der wohnt in london und der würde das auch über so ein konto machen und den rest gibts dann bei abhollung oder wenn das auto da ist! und das er früher in deutschland wohnte oder sowas! dann habe ich ihn auf deutsch angeschrieben und dann war alles vorbei! hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet auch nach einer 2 mail
