normally, dell locks the pll, so that there is no oc possible, i didn't try it for the xps-line, so try set fsb and take pll IDT CV184.

but be carefull because of limited cooling-capacity with your aircooler

I've a Dell XPS 430 with Q8300 CPU and I'd like to overclock it.
Do you know a Windows overclocking software for the XPS 430?
