An alternative would be Systool, it lets you nearly change everything (if your mainboard supports it) i'm just not sure how it is with the HT-Clock, that must be changed in the Bios, if i'm right.

The CPUs was overclocked by BIOS.

If you want to overclock the CPUs not by BIOS, then you
should look about ClockGen.
