maybe take a look at our oc-database...

there you'll see all of our oc'ed cpu's...

this is different from cpu to cpu. my duron runs only till 1220MHz because with 123MHz the PCI Bus was too high. With 1330MHz maybe the voltage was too low, but if possible, i would try to increase the FSB and (look at the temperatures) increase the Voltages of the cpu.
