I'm afraid that this processor is too new and has the new multi lock.
Please take a look into the overclocking guide (5. Change the multiplier) for more informations about the new multi lock and how to overclock this CPU.

my motherboard is EPOX 8RDA+

My cpu is Sempron 3000+(barton),and it's multiplier is locked,so my question is: can the "Interactive Pin-Mod guide v1.2 for AMD Athlon XP, T-Bred and Barton CPUs" be used for this CPU to unlock the multiplier ?
